Food in Panama City Beach
Urban Spoon selection - Totally nailed it. While visiting Panama City Beach, we decided to use Urban Spoon to find a cheap eats place with Island Flare. The 90+% rating for Finns Island Style Grub was totally spot on. Three of us had: 1. The Island Style nachos with chips, cheese, black beans, pineapple, diced tomatoes & onion, black olives & Jalapenos. $7.00 add blackened Shrimp $4.00. Comes with sour cream, salsa & guac. Big, big serving. Off the chain! 2. The Chop: a 2# burrito with black beans, rice, tomatoes, onions, white & red sauce $6. add steak $4.00 this was a huge serving! The flavor was amazing. 3. The Winn Nachos with chips, cheese, black beans, diced tomatoes & onion. $6.00. Add blackened shrimp $4. Another huge portion an fantastic flavor. We are currently planning a second trip back to Panama City Beach and I'd like to have the fish tacos next time. This is a little outdoor place, the food is cooked fresh when you arrive, seating is rustic. Environmentally conscious with recycling bins for plastic and cans. The cook took the time to prepare everything 'just right' on the grill. Don't go by outside appearances, this is great food at a great price. They offer blackened or grilled steak, pork, shrimp or chicken as additions to any of their burritos, nachos, or salads. They also have vegetarian options.
