May 2015 - The listing and photos of this condo are very accurate. The condo is very well maintained and had all the comforts of home. The beach decor was so pretty that I wanted to take it home with me. We also loved having the washer/dryer in the condo. That is a huge plus! The owners of Ocean Reef make sure their employees are constantly working to maintain a quality appearance. The location is very convenient for shopping and dining out at the best restaurants in PCB. On a nice day you can walk to Pier Park along Front Beach Road. Or you can stop along the way and eat at many restaurants that are open to the beach. The only reason I did not give it a 5 star rating is due to the construction next door. It is very loud and they work sun up to sun down. It does not look like they will be finished anytime soon. Therefore a peaceful dining on the balcony or a quiet stroll on the beach was not had. I do understand the need to keep these buildings up to standards and that construction is necessary. This is mentioned in the contract but I did not realize it really meant there is constant construction going on right now. The beach area is cleaned daily and trash receptacles are emptied often, but there was still a lot of debris in and around the water. But, if none of that is a worry for you and you like a fast paced environment, then this is the place for you. You will love this condo!

October 2014 - We loved every minute of our stay! Parking was limited but the beautiful room and view made up for it. We would absolutely stay here again! The room was pretty and beachy just like we like. They also had so much available for our use too, beach chairs, cart, ect. Anyone we delt with were very nice as well. I would recommend this unit :) we can't wait to visit again!
