Above the busy sidewalks of 42nd Street in the heart of Hell’s Kitchen, YOTEL New York's 7, 000 sqft Terrace is the largest outdoor space of any hotel in NYC. A place for guests and locals alike to escape the hustle and bustle of the surrounding city and relax, drink, and dine in style.
By Day enjoy complimentary coffee, tea, and muffins every morning, then choose from our delicious lunch options courtesy of East & West.
By Night tuck into a truly exceptional dinner from East & West and indulge in a few of our signature cocktails, all whilst gazing out at the surrounding skyline views.
The Terrace is usually open from the beginning of May through to the end of September, depending on the weather. As soon as the sun's shining, our doors are open.
Sunday – Wednesday: 7am – 12.30am
Thursday – Saturday: 7am – 1:30am
Please note, certain sections of the Terrace may occasionally be restricted due to private group gatherings, networking events, receptions, and parties etc.

The Memorial Union, known locally as simply "the Union", is located on the shore of Lake Mendota on the campus of the University of Wisconsin–Madison in Madison, Wisconsin. On the lakeshore to the north of the building is the Terrace, a highly popular outdoor space. The west wing of the Union houses the Wisconsin Union Theater.
