Old Madison

Old Madison is a 1, 154 sq. ft. flexible meeting space located on the third level, east wing of Memorial Union. When desired, Old Madison can be divided into two separate spaces: Old Madison East and Old Madison West.

Beefeaters

Beefeaters is a 1, 307 sq. ft. flexible meeting space located on the third level, east wing of Memorial Union. Beefeaters was recently renovated in 2010 and features a built-in data projector, projection screen and house sound capabilities.

Class of 1924 Reception Room

Class of 1924 Reception room (a.k.a. Reception room) is a 1, 607 sq. ft. flexible event space located on the fourth level of the Memorial Union, next to the Great Hall. It features a moveable wall that opens onto the Great Hall.

Capitol View

Capitol View is a 861 sq. ft. flexible meeting room located on the fourth level of Memorial Union, across from the Great Hall.

Board Room

Board Room is 389 sq. ft. fixed meeting room on the third level, east wing of Memorial Union. It seats 12 around a conference table. It was recently renovated in 2010 and now features a mounted LCD TV and projection capabilities.

Tripp Commons

Tripp Commons is a 3, 581 sq. ft. multipurpose event space located on the second level, east wing of Memorial Union. It boasts direct access to Tripp Deck, which overlooks the Union Terrace and the shores of Lake Mendota.

Great Hall

Great Hall is a 5, 444 sq. ft. multipurpose event space located on the fourth level of the Memorial Union. It features hardwood floors, a 24' wide x 21' deep carpeted stage as well as direct access to the Reception room.
